Once you sign up for your No Hassle House Hunt & agree to the No Hassle terms, you print out your Seaside Moves No Hassle Buyer Certification & NHHH Tip Sheet, then take it with you when looking at homes, or calling on homes.
With No Hassle House Hunt, you identify the home, we send you the listings, you call/text/email us for questions, or for assistance 24/7 and we will respond in a flash!
When it comes time to make an offer, or set up a showing-CALL or TEXT the Seaside Moves "Hotline" and we schedule the day, including a stop at a local coffee shop to get the day going & YES, coffee is, "on us".
During our showings, we try to make our Buyers feel comfortable & relaxed, with a paced showing schedule. We keep plenty of bottled water & healthy snacks to get through the day and keep you feeling GOOD!!!
